Refund Policy

We want you to try RocketSignal before you pay, and to be able to leave easily if it isn't for you.

Monthly plan ($25/month)

• Free for 7 days. The Monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial from your Whop account and you will not be charged.
• Cancel anytime. After the trial, you are billed $25 each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• Renewals. Because the trial lets you test the indicator first, monthly payments are generally not refunded once a billing period has started. Forgot to cancel? If you email us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and haven't used the indicator since the charge, we will refund that charge.

Lifetime plan ($850 one-time)

• 7-day refund window. If Lifetime isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Your access is removed when the refund is issued.
• After 7 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except as described in our Terms of Service if we permanently shut down the Service within 12 months of your purchase.

Things we can't refund

• Trading losses or missed gains. RocketSignal is a charting tool, not financial advice, and trading decisions are your own (see our Terms of Service).
• Accounts removed for breaking our Terms, for example by sharing access or reselling signals.

How to request a refund

Email hello@rocketsignal.ai from the email address you used at checkout, with your Whop order or membership ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, usually within 5–10 business days.

Problems with access are almost always quick to fix, so please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank.
